1. Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in or accessing Northmark's financial education programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and Northmark ("we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll in our programs or use our services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Definitions
- "Program" refers to any financial education course or service offered by Northmark, including Financial Literacy Starter, Smart Allocation & Portfolio Thinking, and Family Wealth Coordination.
- "Participant" means any individual who enrolls in or attends our programs.
- "Materials" refers to all educational content, worksheets, templates, and resources provided as part of our programs.
- "Services" encompasses all educational programs, consultations, and related offerings provided by Northmark.
3. Eligibility and Enrollment
3.1 Age Requirement
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3.2 Enrollment Process
Enrollment is completed upon payment of program fees. We reserve the right to limit enrollment numbers to maintain educational quality. Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Northmark.
3.3 Program Prerequisites
Certain programs may have recommended prerequisites or experience levels. While these are guidelines rather than strict requirements, participants are responsible for selecting programs appropriate to their knowledge level.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees and Currency
Program fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are subject to change. Current fees are displayed on our website and confirmed at the time of enrollment. All fees include applicable taxes as required by Thai law.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified during enrollment. Full payment is required before program commencement unless alternative arrangements are explicitly agreed upon in writing.
4.3 Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis:
- Full Refund: Available if cancellation is made more than 14 days before program start date
- 50% Refund: Available if cancellation is made 7-14 days before program start date
- No Refund: If cancellation is made less than 7 days before program start date
- After Program Starts: No refunds are provided once the program has commenced
5. Educational Nature of Services
5.1 Educational Purpose
Northmark provides financial education, not financial advice. Our programs are designed to build knowledge and understanding, not to recommend specific financial products or investment strategies.
5.2 No Investment Advice
We do not provide personalized investment recommendations, tax advice, or legal counsel. Participants should consult appropriate licensed professionals for advice specific to their circumstances.
5.3 No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding financial outcomes, investment performance, or specific results from participating in our programs. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, circumstances, and application of learned concepts.
6. Participant Responsibilities
6.1 Attendance and Participation
Participants are expected to attend scheduled sessions and engage respectfully with educators and fellow participants. Consistent absence may result in removal from the program without refund.
6.2 Conduct Standards
Participants must:
- Treat educators and other participants with respect
- Maintain confidentiality regarding other participants' financial situations
- Refrain from disruptive behavior
- Comply with facility rules during in-person sessions
6.3 Accurate Information
Participants are responsible for providing accurate information during enrollment and updating us regarding changes that may affect program participation.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All program materials, curriculum, worksheets, templates, and content are the intellectual property of Northmark and are protected by Thai and international copyright laws.
7.2 License
Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal educational purposes only. This license does not permit:
- Reproduction or distribution of materials to third parties
- Commercial use or adaptation of materials
- Removal of copyright notices or attribution
- Reverse engineering or deconstruction of curriculum
8. Confidentiality
We maintain confidentiality regarding participant information as described in our Privacy Policy. Participants similarly agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:
- Other participants' personal or financial information shared during sessions
- Proprietary aspects of our curriculum and methodology
- Discussions that occur during group sessions
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Educational Services
Northmark provides educational services "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but make no warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, or suitability of information for specific purposes.
9.2 Financial Decisions
Participants acknowledge that financial decisions are their own responsibility. We are not liable for financial losses or outcomes resulting from decisions made by participants, whether or not influenced by program participation.
9.3 Maximum Liability
Our maximum liability to any participant is limited to the fees paid for the specific program in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Indemnification
Participants agree to indemnify and hold Northmark, its educators, and affiliates harmless from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Misuse of program materials
- Actions taken based on program participation
- Breach of confidentiality obligations
11. Program Changes and Cancellations
11.1 Our Right to Modify
We reserve the right to modify program schedules, content, or format with reasonable notice to participants. Significant changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance when possible.
11.2 Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a program before it begins, participants will receive a full refund or option to transfer to another program. We are not liable for expenses incurred in preparation for participation.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts in Bangkok.
12.2 Informal Resolution

13. General Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between participants and Northmark regarding program participation.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
13.3 Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.
13.4 Assignment
Participants may not transfer or assign their enrollment or rights under these terms without our written consent.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Participants enrolled before changes take effect will have the option to continue under original terms or withdraw with refund if changes are substantial.
